Welcome to Ponca Pathways Thrift Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by the Ponca Economic Development Corporation, a nonprofit enterprise supporting economic and employment opportunities for Ponca Tribe of Nebraska members. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General Use: This website and its services are provided via BigCommerce to support online sales of secondhand and consignment goods. By using this site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or update policies at any time without notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
2. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with parental or guardian consent.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing: We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, all items are sold as-is, and we do not guarantee color accuracy, fit, or condition beyond what is described. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Order Acceptance: Orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, limited stock, or errors in pricing or product information.
5. Payment: All payments are processed securely via Shopify’s integrated payment partners (PayPal, Stripe, or Square). We do not store or access customer credit card information.
6. Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of secondhand and consignment goods, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
7. Shipping: We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days via USPS and Pirate Ship (domestic only). Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped.
8. Intellectual Property: All content, including logos, text, images, and site design, is the property of Ponca Economic Development Corporation or its affiliates and may not be copied or used without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability: Ponca Pathways Thrift Center and Ponca Economic Development Corporation are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.
10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and applicable federal law.
