Return & Refund Policy 

 
Effective Date: 11/21/2025 
 

At Ponca Pathways Thrift Center, all sales are final. Due to the unique and consignment-based nature of our inventory, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items purchased in-store or online. 
 

Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered if:  

  1. The item received was incorrect due to a shipping or listing error, and  

  1. The customer notifies us within 3 business days of delivery. 
     

Reporting an Issue: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at 
PoncaThrift@pedco-ne.org within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. 
Final Sale Item: All items sold through Ponca Pathways are pre-owned or donated. As-is items may show signs of wear or aging. These characteristics do not qualify as defects.
