1. Processing Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

 2. Shipping Carriers: We currently ship domestically within the United States using USPS and FedEx.

 3. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. 

4. Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

 5. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier operations but typically take 2–7 business days after dispatch. 

 6. Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact your shipping handler directly with your tracking number. 

 7. Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
